At Anna Rokus Art, I want you to feel confident when purchasing from my shop. This Return Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return goods, and request a refund.

1. Your right to cancel

If you buy goods from this website as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To cancel, you must contact me within that 14-day period at annarokusart@gmail.com

After telling me that you wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the item.

2. Return conditions

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

If an item has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, I may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

3. Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. For artwork, I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, or once you provide proof that it has been sent back, I will process your refund within 14 days in line with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If standard delivery was paid at the time of purchase, that standard delivery cost will also be refunded where required by law; however, any extra charge for premium or upgraded delivery does not need to be refunded.

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible at annarokusart@gmail.com and include your order number plus photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Where appropriate, I will offer a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Items that may not be returnable

Some items may not be eligible for cancellation or return under consumer law, including:

  • commissioned artwork,

  • personalised or custom-made items,

  • other products that are legally exempt from cancellation rights.

If a listing is for a non-returnable item of this kind, this will be stated clearly in the product description where possible.
