Last updated: 16 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through Anna Rokus Art. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the business
This website is operated by Anna Rokus Art, a business operated by Anna Rogalska-Kuszewska of Lincoln, United Kingdom.
Email: annarokusart@gmail.com
Phone: +447784033889
2. Products and availability
I sell original artwork and may also offer prints, commissions, or other art-related products from time to time. All products are subject to availability, and I reserve the right to withdraw or amend products, prices, or descriptions at any time.
I take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, and images are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are in [GBP] unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods made available at checkout. Orders will only be accepted once payment has been successfully received.
4. Order acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or there is reason to suspect fraud or misuse.
If I cancel an order after payment has been made, I will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
5. Delivery
I will aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or communicated to you at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services, and circumstances outside my control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details you provide are accurate. I am not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
6. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer and your order is covered by UK distance selling rules, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, you must inform me within that period.
After notifying me that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days. Refunds will be made in accordance with your legal rights and within the applicable legal timeframe after the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.
This cancellation right may not apply to certain goods, including items made to your specifications, clearly personalised items, or other goods that are exempt by law.
7. Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible at annarokusart@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
Where a return or refund is accepted, I will provide instructions on the next steps. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, graphics, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Anna Rokus unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any artwork, images, or other content from this website without prior written permission. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. I may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website without notice where necessary.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from purchases made through it.
11. Privacy and cookies
Your use of this website is also subject to the website’s Privacy Policy and cookie settings.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
