Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders from Anna Rokus Art are processed and delivered.

1. Processing time

I aim to pack and ship original artwork and prints within 3–5 working days after receiving your order, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Orders placed during busy periods, holidays, or for multiple items may take slightly longer, but I will always do my best to dispatch as quickly as reasonably possible.

If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, I will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping methods

Orders are sent using reputable postal or courier services. Within the UK, artwork will usually be shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce / courier, depending on the size and value of the piece.

Where available, I will provide a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

3. Shipping areas

I currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Add any other countries or regions you plan to ship to, or state that you only ship within the UK for now

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the items in your order.

From time to time, I may offer free or reduced shipping on certain products or to certain locations; any such offers will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.

5. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

  • UK: usually 3–7 working days, depending on the courier and service used.

  • International: delivery times vary by destination; please allow 10–21 working days and note that delays can occur due to customs processing or local postal services.

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. External factors such as strikes, severe weather, or customs delays may affect actual delivery times.

6. Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by your country’s customs authorities or postal service. Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Packaging

Artwork is packed carefully using appropriate protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. This may include protective sleeves, acid-free tissue, reinforced cardboard, tubes, or sturdy boxes depending on the size and type of artwork.

If you have any specific concerns about packaging (for example, if a work is intended as a gift), please contact me before or shortly after placing your order.

8. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at annarokusart@gmail.com with your order number so that I can investigate with the courier or postal service.

In the case of a lost shipment, I will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the issue in line with the delivery service’s policies and your consumer rights.

9. Incorrect delivery information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. I am not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
